I’ve actually read the whole story and this so how it goes: After he moved to the mountains, his ex realised her mistake, Ex somehow tracks the OP, Ex waits outside his trailer for many hours everyday but the OP is at work One day Ex finally manages to stop and talk with OP, OP describes that the Ex dresses for him in the way he used to like (White Tank Top, Blue Shorts, Hair neatly tied up) She stops OP and they go and sit on a bench in a park nearby. Ex tells OP about her life and OP tells Ex about his life, after a while of chatting back and forth Ex finally reveals why she was there to meet OP, Ex was there to reconcile and start over with OP. After a few minutes OP says that he appreciates Ex trying to find him but he’s moved on, OP says trust is one of the most important things in a relationship which the Ex has broken, Ex sobs a bit but she understands OP’s POV, then they both sob a bit while talking about their memories together, in the afternoon when the sun is setting OP and Ex got up, hugged each other, said goodbyes and went their own ways That’s how the story ends and they end on good terms but OP never sees Ex again, that night OP cries uncontrollably while reimagining his life and memories with Ex That was the whole story
