So the sister knows how to hot wire a car…hmmm…quite the education.

a troubling development to be sure

Sister was probably terrorizing other students to do her homework and cheat on her tests while she was out getting a street education on how to steal cars. LOL!

To be fair you can find videos online of how to hot wire a car, she may have taken her a while to do it but depending on make and model you just need to know what wires you need to use

It's already too late to correct her once she has grown up like that she's gonna be forever your parents problem till they pass and then you might have to take over but I hope that won't happen for you..

thats where they get to play the trap card: "NOT MY PROBLEM!" Which makes his sister go learn how to manage for herself.

There’s a story where that isn’t the case. I forgot the name but a sister in law began taking therapy for the childish acts at 23-27 years old and actually changed and apologised for her childish behaviour

She also wasn’t treated like a golden child but definitely spoiled

I have been summoned OP was neglected for their (golden child) sister. To the point where sister lied about them peeping in the girls washroom to prevent them from going on a field trip. Saving money they were able to move out at 18 and go to college. Family found them several times forcing them to move. Fast forward and they have a house and the sister appears saying they will be staying at the house for a few weeks. OP tells them to pound sand. The next week their car goes missing, through the security cameras they find their sister stole it. They file with police and the car is found - totaled. They contact lawyer to sue - saying $20,000. Lawyer says go for $50,000. Parents knock on OP door saying to stop lawsuit. OP tells them to pound sand. Parents end up settling and paying $50,000 with sister going to therapy.

I'm sorry you're going through this. It must be incredibly frustrating to deal with such behavior, especially from a family member. I hope you're able to resolve the situation and that everyone can learn from it moving forward.

Ya he long sence should have just calked cops each time they showed up uninvited knowing their unwelcome. As they went long out of their way to rubbin they aren't family of his only relatives. Also neglectful parents who only tolerated him for sister to look down at and mistreat plus act like he owed then an unplayable debt for avoiding child endangerment, child neglect charges. After first report they knew their not welcome or aloud, verbal words exchanged. They have the basis to skip to restraining order,no harassment order ect. So the theft and such would have came with extra charges and they would have been implemented too as she got their somehow each time and didnt leave her car doing it.
