Full Strip Down Service- Ideal Logic Combi Boiler

I carry out a full strip-down service on an Ideal boiler, which is common in new builds. The boiler was making a loud grumbling/rumbling sound, so I cleaned the trap, removed the flue manifold, took out the burner, and cleaned the dirty heat exchanger. I also cleaned the rusty electrodes, the fan injector, and the condenser trap. I drained the boiler, recharged the pressure vessel, and performed FGA checks to ensure everything was working properly. Finally, I put the boiler into minimum and maximum mode to complete the service.

Quick question I often find the burner bolts on these ideals when I visit them really loose....is there a reason for this. Some have only been hand tight....it's there a correct way they need to be tightened or torque
