I owe one. Was looking into buying a new car a few months back. Realized spring and summer was right around the corner. My commute is quick. Best $1600 I ever spent. Fun, freedom, save on gas and not have to pedal the entire ride if i wanted to hang back and chill.

Love the absolute chit outta my adventurer! Almost 400 HARD. MEAN. FAST. OFF-ROAD, ABUSSIVE miles in 2 months and she loves it!! First things I did, order a handlebar stem riser (20 bucks/adjustable) hasn't budged, super strong. Rear suspension immediately. DNM AOY-36 I went with the middle size for a big travel upgrade (raises the bike just a bit had to lower seat maybe an inch) so much travel and so smooth now!! Totally adjustable pos. neg pressure and rebound speed. Also I immediately went into the settings and raised the amperage from 12 to 20. Makes a difference for sure! I run 3 levels pedal assist. If I'm on 1 and need a bit less, the throttle always cancels out PAS for less or more. Vice versa for more. Walk mode (fast walk unless going uphill) also works as cruise control at any throttle level (hold down arrow while maintaining a speed for 2 seconds) you could use this to maintain a very low helping hand if you got low on reserve power. Speaking of reserve power. Off road I've done 27 Miles and still had a voltage following load of 47.9 That is running PAS at 33% of max avail cont power (PAS1/3 = PAS3/9) and a lot of throttle compensation because I'm constantly riding 20-25mph off road. Recently I upgraded front forks and with combined cloud like suspension, I've upped my tire pressure from rear 19psi. Front 16.5psi to 27psi rear and 24 front. Makes a noticeable diff in power and likely in distance. Learn the display functions. Something I did was change time out function to 30 minutes. Not worried about someone stealing it because most likely it'll be just like the 2 people I've let ride it... They basically instantly wreck when they kick the pedals over and all the sudden it kicks in and they werent ready and then they all of a sudden forget how to use brakes. Don't remove battery unless you need to or for weather circumstances. The less it's being snapped on and off the better. Amazing bike And so customizable or not. Either way it's good!

I had 3 finalists for this type of bike, and now the Bee Adventurer is on the list and at the top. I love that it has a beefier 48V battery (21 Ah) than the Himiway Zebra (17.5Ah), Addmotor M-560 (17.5Ah), and Aventon Aventure (14Ah). It's also $400 less than the Aventure and the Zebra. I'll appreciate the extra battery capacity of the 21Ah if I would have run out of juice 5 miles from my destination and am forced to finish with only leg power with a 17.5Ah battery. The Bee Adventurer is also the only full suspension ebike in this price class for a fat tire 26" bike.

@@MCMTB what is the tire size in your lcd screen? I have mine marked for 26inch tires and I can't get past 23.8mph. The only way my Adventurer says 28mph was when it was on 29 inch tires on my lcd. These Chinese bikes look good go good for a very short time but that's where it ends. Try and get it fixed when it does break down. I work in a bike shop and see them all the time waste of money. You get what you pay for
@williambedard84522 жыл бұрын
What brand would you recommend?
@grantchandler82942 жыл бұрын
@@williambedard8452 I would personally go for one of the major brands! Of course you will pay a bit more for it but at least you will get a product that will last and be able to get parts for and will have a warranty! And if you buy it from a local bike shop you know it will be put together right and they stand behind the bikes they sell! Meaning they will help you with any problems or queries. You won't get that from a cheap Chinese import. Quite often the cheap Chinese bikes have issues straight out of the box and you can't send them back to China to fix! In the end it's cheaper just to buy a decent bike from the start.
