I always thought it was the strongest defensive ability in PVP. Divine Shield, Ice Block, Feign + Trap, Poly will either just prolong your death or maybe work if not resisted if you’re a level 40 and a level 60 spots you from 100 yards out. Stealth means you can avoid getting attacked in the first place unless an enemy blindly stumbles upon you

Killing other players that have a greyed out level or npc’s like quest givers, merchants, etc.

You only get them from killing NPC's out in the world that are marked as Civilians, you dont get them any other way. Stay away from quest hubs/Enemy major cities
