What's to talk about? Trudeau clearly told Canadians he is the laziest PM in our history and takes nothing seriously. Katie Telford stated Trudeau reads every document. He did not read the CSIS document about this, and hasn't read every document in his tenure of PM, even though Telford said in the last inquiry he does.

Actually, he said one of the first downsides as he stepped in as prime minister in 2015 was that there weren't any provisions (bills or legislatures) which allow the opposition (then, the liberals, but now, the conservatives) to view sensitive documents pertaining to foreign interference.
