Here’s why Ange should be sacked: Maddison becomes arrogant and greedy when facing lower-level opponents. Instead of passing, he constantly tries to score himself, launching balls into the stands. Ange is fully aware of this issue but allows him to repeat the same mistakes over and over. Without Son, Spurs would have lost to a team at a fifth-tier level.

This is due to the management's choices. They prefer inexperienced young players to adjust to the club and are requesting Son to join them. You can see he is covering a lot defensively and making passes in the midfield. It's the club that is shamefully mocking the player to limit him from doing what he excels at-scoring.
