Go on a tour with us of our "new" Fleetwood Bounder. We're committing to one year on the road and off the road living in our RV with our youngest 5 kiddos.

Thanks for sharing! I'm off to see a 1994 Bounder today and hopefully, we will be living in it. I hope to see more of your videos on your life with the bounder. If all things go well with my search, my family will be in one as well. Happy trails to you and your family!

This is awesome! I have a 93 bounder and it’s a lot like this layout but it’s a 34 ! You have a lot more cabinets and some updates I’d love to have ! So I have a suprize you may have already found but between your micro/ cooktop ! Ya see your fan and light 💡4 cooking ?! The black metal thing there ! Mine opens up its hidden I think made for spices or a bread spot ! But every little bit of storage helps ! You may not have this still but if you do did you know of this hidden compartment!? Or did you ever find it ? I think it’s so neat ! Lol ty for your tour ! Has your bounder been good and sturdy ? Does your bed lift up and stay up ? I love these boulders so much !

We had this exact same model except ours did not have that cabinet to the left of the mirror in the bathroom. We absolutely loved the “side aisle” configuration. So much storage in so many standard features! We wish we had kept it now but we sold it a couple of years ago. Enjoy!

We have the same, a 1997 Bounder 36S except our's doesn't have the pantry the same. We have the area for a washer dryer combo but it was removed before we purchased the mh Also our bathroom is split with the commode on the left behind a door with the sink area and shower exposed. I like your setup better. . We remodeled the inside and outside of our's 2 years ago when we bought it. We removed the carpet- also nasty and put down laminate flooring, put tile on kitchen walls. I removed the large mirrors and painted the walls. We replaced the old, cracked pinstriping with marron & blue. You can see our renovations on our Facebook page at Gypsies Gone Class A.

If your still in Florida, stop by Ichetucknee Springs Campground in Fort White, Florida to visit. You & the kids will love it. We are only 1/2 mile from the river and springs. We are the Camp Hosts here.

Thank you for the tour! I have the same RV....actually, mine is a 1998 model, but the Ford chassis/motor is the 1997 model. But essentially identical. It only had 7000 original miles on it when I bought it two years ago; now it has about 9000. Our family has taken a few trips, but I don't think we all get along well enough to actually live in it! I've done A LOT of renovations, which I've documented on video, so if you want to check it out, feel free to visit my channel. I know it's been 3 and half years since you posted the video...are you still using the RV very much?

Also I’m trying to learn to use the leveling jacks ! I’m reading everything but I wished I could find someone to show a video how to but I haven’t found one yet ! Lol for the older ones anyways cause everyone is different! When they get newer

A unit that old with as little use as it has received, I'd see if all of the hoses are still supple. Any rubber hoses (radiator, heater, power steering, etc) that are rigid instead of flexible should be replaced. Too fuew miles on a 20 year old unit can be as bad or worse than too many. Looks like a great unit.

oh if you read the warnings in the closet stuck to the door says max weight limit is 1.500 pds you shoud go a weight station and have it checked before you travel

It is so close to being like mine. I have a 2000 Bounder 36s. Bounders are so well built and have tons of storage. I got mine in 2005 and have traveled off and on and lived in it by myself full time ever since. Yes you can remodel it and for me it is a constant work in progress but I love it.

This model is so well set up! It has been about 10 months that we have lived full-time in our rv. We love it! But now that winter is setting in we'd love to head to Florida for a couple months. We did take a long trip from Kentucky to the West Coast for a couple months. And then we went to the New England states for a couple weeks. Looking forward to more travel next Spring!

I just bought this exact motorhome the other day and looks exactly the same inside. Would you have any suggestion on storage, must haves and anything in general. This is our first motorhome and will be taking it out in about 3 weeks for our first road trip (8 days). We have a large family. Thank you for showing this video. SueAnn

You said you had 6 kids living in there you only showed 4 places sleeping the reason I ask is because I have 6 kids and we are trying to find the right RV/ trailer for our family we plan to go full-time in a year.

Yay! We are still in ours. We've taken a couple month trip to the West Coast and a trip up the New England states. Thinking we'll head to Florida pretty soon...its' getting too cold here in Kentucky! Just got our first snow here today. Where are you all located?

We've had a lot of fun and don't regret a minute of it! Can't wait for an April trip to Orlando. Should be the perfect time to enjoy Florida. Maybe a trip to Miami or somewhere warm in January/February if we can't wait til April!

We've been in the motorhome for almost a year now and can't decide if we want to keep going or move back into the house. We've got a long trip to Florida planned for the next couple months so we can get out of this cold Kentucky weather. Nothing better than being able to get up and go with just the turn of a key. All of our stuff is already packed!
@christiedecker27246 жыл бұрын
Enjoy the warmth for us...we're not on the road yet, have to get the house emptied, sold, finish updating things in the motor home...and we're in Northern New England. Brrrrrr. Enjoy it for us. :)

All the work to get on the road will be worth it! BEST decision we've made. We'll drink a fresh coconut for you. ;)

its a bit dangerous where you have the water filters sitting amy, maybe you should think about moving them somewhere else ?...
@LoveMySchedule6 жыл бұрын
Thanks, Julie! We only have our water filters on the dash while we are sitting still. While we drive they hang out in the bathtub wrapped in large, clean towels. Thanks for watching.

It could be nicer but very smart living. I hate how people talk when they are showing there house every body sounds the same it's so ugly.
