@@ddandymann Your reply is to a posting which is two years old and the industry has move on since. Pearl yacht hulls are made in China, Princess hulls British made. Build quality of Princess and Fairline are renown as superior to Pearl.

I was invited to the sea trial of this boat couple of days ago. I saw it first in the Düsseldorf Boat Fair and was impressed by its modern design and fresh interiors. For an owner who looks for a refined and stylish boat this Pearl 62 can be a good option. After the sea trial experience I know also how it handles on the sea and I am definitely satisfied. With all the extras it costs under 2M and it has so much space, unbelievable. It is difficult to understand the quality of the interiors and finishing details in the video. One needs to step aboard and test it.

Princess mite have a slight edge elegance but to get a 4 cabin boat in 60ft is great when all the princess 60ft have only 3 cabins and you would have to go up to 70ft to get a 4 cabin layout,

@@leongt1954 Princess is a completely different league. The F62 has three cabins all on suite but has a two berth crew cabin. The crew cabin on the Pearl 62 is single berth, small and awful. I remember the Pearl 60 sinking in 2018. Questionable build quality, design or driver error?

@@shaundunk386 that boat sunk because it was driven into submerged (but chart-marked) rocks at PLANING speed. (Local yachters around Santa Ponsa say it should be carefully navigated around 6 knots tops).

very compelling boat even vs the Princess S66 (which I just bought), it manages 4 cabins without bunk beds, a separate owner entrance, full-height dishwasher, contemporary elegant decor, a little desk in owner and VIP cabins (important), rainfall shower in all heads (Princess are you listening?), it really ticks all the boxes; the cons vs the S66 would be a smaller tender garage, no crew (overflow guest) space, much slower boat, others? Thanks for the great review!

Great yacht really liked the layout and all the little features and some of the bigger one to. the view of the boat was nice as well. with that over head drone shot of the boat while it was underway. just one question though. how many water skiers will it pull at one time and will it have to be at full throttle while pulling them? justa suggestion find a better wide screen for your mic when your outside on the deck and the fly bridge. and if you would learn to relax and breath when your doing these video. you do a really great job and I look forward to many more videos.

The main deck interior is the most important on a yacht and this is a great design. Elegant, cosy, some engaging complexity, good use and pairing of the four quadrants. The greenhouse/attrium/observatory/starship glass works really well. Man made marble, white carpet, contrast black lines. A place of well being and pride in the boat. A counter example is the Lexus which is a curious miss. You could maybe say it's not innovative like say Galeon's but it does have the glass and decisively great design, I imagine buyer enthusiasm. But 720p video, Motor Boat? for shame! for shame! :) next one better be 4k.

Nice boat, particularly the 4 cabin facility. How long had the boat been in the water? Was anti-fouling a non selected option? In all your sea trial videos that I have watched I have not seen a hull so green. Good video, I always enjoy the time at sea. 👍

Tero T was about to comment the same thing. It appears to be the exact same boat Nick toured. I think maybe 1.37 is starting base price but this exact boat with options and VAT is 2. But that’s still a huge jump in price.

The lower cabins are great but the main saloon looks a bit Ikea like, the flybridge, especially the squared off front part just does not work. Other than that it is a great looking boat until you look at Princess of similar size.

Hi John, the Pearl 62 is CE Category B, so it can go offshore in winds up to 40 knots and significant seas up to 13 feet, UK to Spain should be no problem!

Nice yacht. If that is an owner operated boat, why waste space for separate stairs to the owner cabin? Makes saloon smaller and cabin ans well. Any explanations? I dont get it sorry.

I agree family and friends don't have any major diseases you want to avoid catching! On a boat main deck every inch matters unless its superyacht size and these separate entrances on alot of yachts 80 feet and under is just a waste of space! I dont understand it at all! Happy sailing all 🛥⚓

Negs, are low back on cockpit sofa/table, access to owners is very narrow and ackward in weather. Lounge seating again with low back rests and that side straight on the saloon windows kills the view. Unusuable in Australia as all that glass over inside helm would be like an oven. This boat needs to be a 65' to overcome access issues and that side panel on saloon windows needs to go. Why there anyway? beautifully built yacht spoilt through some glaring issues. There are more unfortunately.

2mill have pearl lost their minds?? The 80foot pearl on aquaholics is only 3mill! This is a great boat but the princess 62 is way more spacious and alot cheaper! Sorry 2mill is to much especially when you look at what else is on the market! I've always loved pearl especially for there prices but this is absurd 2mill for a 60 footer! It is a nice boat I wont take that away and 4 cabins is great! I hope for 2mill that's fully loaded if your putting options on top that's a joke!!

I didn't cross check the 2 mill. , but generally Pearl's are less expensive than Princesses and Sunseekers if you compare apples with apples. Maybe Jack took the full option price with VAT while others mention the basic entrance price without VAT.

Don't like it. Another Mdf Ikea feel boat. The woodwork looks cheap. Should be rich-looking wood, for that money. Noticed the deck coming apart 4:04 mins. Too cramped in the engine room. One million is nearly too much money for this boat, let alone 2 million. And how could they make the backrests on all the seating so short.No support for your backs. What a design fault.Nothing different or special with this boat.

@@swedishkev I think that wood planks with highly-expressed grain patterns get a bad rap because they're associated with less-expensive oak furniture, but I wouldn't say that there's anything cheap about the material or the carpentry itself. This interior package may not be for you but that hardly means that it isn't worth it to someone with different tastes.
