malayalam (pronounced as madhlayalam) long story why it is as it is. malayalam is unique compared to all other languages in india.

@@RobbieV malayalam doesnt have "dh = ड़" alphabet in their script all other indian edicts does. which is why they write dh as l 2nd l is pronounced l 1st one is "dhl" :D

You are wrong. It is not madhlayalam. malayalam can pronounce any word we have 56 alphabets so we can pronounce and write any word..in malayalam first la pronounced as la as Latin America and second la pronounced as la from the word flat

​@@rambovasu please dont act like periar 2.0 (who was a daughter faker) be open to ideas. what i pointed out is called Voiced retroflex lateral approximant. majority of languages from south marathi and gujrat have this too common in their vocabulary. which is why those language sounds rude and languages like bengali and french which lacks it sounds sweet. tamil and malayalam are the only two languages which has two l (ല and ള in മലയാളം = malayalam)which are not even pronounced same one is pronounced with r connotation. there is no ड़ in malayallam to know what it is u have to know hindi which u clearly dont. read monkey read
