Well I guess it's quite normal as for some reasons you cannot just develop the entire area or city altogether, it's certain that some areas would be left behind for some time..and to be fair there are a lot of improvements already. Our country is still developing...i believe we will get there one day. we just have to be patient...❤❤❤
