My Dad had a “praying rock” in the woods behind our house that he went to for special prayer time. When we had the timber cut, we didn’t want to loose it or have it broken by the heavy log trucks, so we got some men to help my sister and I move it. No one could believe how heavy it was compared to other rocks that size. My sister said it was heavy because of all the burdens that were laid upon it. Dad is gone now and we cherish his rock.

That is a gem of land! I’d never be home wanting to explore, and I’m 53! Some clean up but the mossy rocks are divine. Plus a babbling “ brook”. I’d have little spots with natural furniture to sit and relax. Maybe some trellis arbors, fairy doors on some trees, flowers to attract bees and birds, little surprises to highlight the beautiful scenery. I can’t wait to see how this evolves. Your boys are never going to be in the house! Congrats and enjoy! ❤️❤️ Attach the broken ( after smoothing the edges) to an old window to look like a mosaic/stained glass piece to hang in front of a window perhaps? Or on an old glass/acrylic outdoor patio table and resin the glass sandwiched in between.

Your property is gorgeous, absolutely fabulous. When you said 4 acres, unbelievable. It is a huge 4 acres with the different areas. The moss and pines, a babbling brook. Absolute heaven on earth. We are in mid US and much drier terrain. You should be happy for many years.

Nova Scotia only has 5 species of snake and they're all quite small and no venomous species. Biggest are probably garter snakes.
