KZbin sewing videos have been my best friend while I healed from Ankle Surgery. I haven't bought a pair of pants in years --- that fit. So I decided to learn how to sew in Sept 2017 and accumulated everything I needed between then and December 29, 2017. Needless to say I've had 100s of hours of lessons before even turning on my new sewing machine. I even learned how to make a Duct Tape manikin and bought all the materials I would need for that today. Unfortunately the manikin is only for the Top Half. LOL New Year's eve would have been more fun if I would have found 5 out of 4 Patterns before! I am very serious about having cloths that really fit... The thought of having to do all the adjustments on a muslin for a pair of paints was terrifying, pretty much because I figured out that none of the patterns I could every buy would mimic the curves of my Tummy and Bootie! Thank you to you and your fellow 5 out of 4 Patterns partner for making these videos. The full Tummy Adjustment and Tin Foil lessons were awesome!!!!!!!!!!! With these two areas covered so that they will be right, what else could go wrong? LOL Well I am your new and most interested subscriber! It would be so great if you would make another video showing how to turn your adjusted paints pattern into a new muslin or completed pair of pants! Please help fix this baggy world one Bum at a time? All well and good but you didn’t explain where you measured to get the figures to adjust the pattern ?

How did you determine the measurements you were referring to when you opened up the pattern?

Sarah R., I'd like to know also! She lost me before the 2:00 minute mark when she drew the vertical line two inches in from the left. Maybe first explain what she's about to do and why.
