Today I want to show you how to make the money graduation cap with tassel and diploma. We need 2 dollar bills, embroidery floss (or any thread), a needle, scissors, a piece of cardboard - for winding (5 cm). WITHOUT USING GLUE AND TAPE! ONLY 2 BILLS! I wish you a pleasant viewing!
