@@gezobel Yup, it helps massively if they're at it from the off and we can see every player energetic and up for the occasion. The stands come alive even more. We give them it all in the build up and from kick off... It's up to the team then to keep that going. That's how it's meant to work.

Firstly, his pressing is incredible. The speed at which he presses, the constant work rate is there. And then clearly with the ball, his movement, his touch, his awareness. All those things that he brings to the game is absolutely perfect to play on a team of mine. He showed that, off a wider position, he can do that. I believe he came in here as a wide player so he can clearly play in that position. But I think the flexibility is good. We had to do that whenever we had players that were injured.
