How do u do a full up from hands?

Christopher Aquino sorry I didn’t see this before! It’s called a full around. The flyer taps her toes together and you follow that then flick to help finish the spin. The catch is the same as the full up. Trick is to throw high and meet it at the top and don’t catch it as it’s coming back down
