Help me understand with Dest right back out with injury why hasn't Deandre Yedlin been on the roster. He is a far better defender and brings more offensive technical skills rather than Joe Scally who is more of a defensive right-back. Why wasn't Yedlin who played in a World Cup 2022 called up?

Yedlin is not better than Scally. Yedlin just runs up and down the field a lot. His technical skills and defending aren't anything special. And he plays in MLS. We have options at right-back who play in top 5 leagues. Adams, Weah, Musah, and McKennie in addition to Scally. We don't need to call in Yedlin.

Having a starting 11 in the bigger leagues is a very good start at trying to build something no one’s wxpecting them to win the copa or even the WC, but we gotta see improvement

It is better that they got more players out in the top 5 leagues in Europe. The problem is many of them struggle for game time and form. Then add a manager that was not good enough for the Swedish league and you got a problem. They will be very very lucky if they can get out of the group at Copa.
