IDK how they pour so clearly, but a quick pass with a blowtorch really helps get rid of resin bubbles

honestly it depends a lot on what resin you use, so when starting out try out a bunch of different brands in the smallest size they have and find what suits you best. but he/she pours very thin layers, which allows for any air bubbles to easily escape. In small applications like this you will not have many bubbles to worry about
