If you want to see what Hiccup as a villain would be like, just look at the third movies antagonist. He mentions at one point that he caught a Nightfury as a boy and killed it, and loved the high he got from his clans acceptance and acclaim. So, he made it his mission to wipe out all the Nightfurys. He was also the only villain smart enough to get into Hiccups house, and almost won with an incredibly intelligent plan to use Toothless’ instincts against him and Hiccup.
