hwang seyoung's eyes are crazy in this. it's almost as if she embodied a full ego-filled psychopath and is singing this as a message to herself. the goosebumps I have are a combination of the insane vocals and the fear she instilled in me. seriously, if I was a judge and she was holding eye contact like that while hitting those high notes, I would be shivering... both are amazing, kang yunjeong sings this with a more kpop-sounding voice tone mixed with her soprano training. her vocal technique is well-trained and she is very detailed with her vocal choices, and she shows that off throughout this performance. it is comfortable to listen to her singing and watch her performance, almost like a inkigayo stage or something. hwang seyoung however is performing as the villain in a movie. she is uncomfortably deranged but you can't stop watching her and am constantly eager to see what she will do next. maybe it is due to her being more seasoned, but I feel that hwang seyoung sings fully in her voice, she has her own sound that is second nature to her. to me, kang yunjeong is often imitating the more common singing styles and tones, albeit perfectly, however she hasn't fully reached her potential with her own sound and voice. I look forward to her growth as a singer and artist.

I’m in literal tears. This was insanely amazing. Both of them hands down are top tier vocalist. They both have an amazing range and near perfect control. The lows and highs from both of them were insane have me constant chills. Sonically this cover beats out the original version by a long run. I found myself yelling “damn damn damn damn” or “oh my god this is insane” throughout the video. I haven’t been this excited about a performance in a while but this was absolutely incredible. 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
