the interesting thing is the boss was only being professional and poker faced at work but was actually really funny and cute and the FL was also very funny and cute

These are much better than the original drama series. Too much time is wasted on endless tortures, bad relationships with MIL and arrogant men who think mental and emotional abuse is 'love play'. These shortened versions are succinct and to the point AND in 1/3 the time. I love that! If it peaks my interest, there is always the episodes...one by one...

Very true..so far I realized too - m “searching” for Gd ones; some of them like this ML can Act, n plots/romantic ideas R ‘fresh, Gd - can’t stand when they hv “kissing” part, w/o real kiss, N skip when they started kissing - might as well 4get abt it!!! 我比较喜欢真实，投入的演绎。要吗就真的接吻，要吗就别放‘接吻”放进去，不然没意思。当然也要配合剧情，戏剧的需要哈哈😄🥺😉😍

I’ve become addicted to these mini dramas. They remind me of WEBTOONS. They are short but pack a punch! Regular C-Dramas sometimes have to many fillers. Love the cast! Hope all mini dramas get a budget upgrade!

The complicated sub plot with Liu Yu'an's mother was unnecessary and didn't add anything to the plot. Whether or not it was Yu Xing Chui's father who jumped or fell off the roof was unnecessary. All that mattered was the realization that if it were suicide, it was no one's fault. If he fell as a result of a previously unknown design flaw, still no one's fault, but it needed to be corrected. Otherwise, this was a cute story that I wish was longer. I'd like to see more of Xie Heng Duan and Xiao Xiao. How does she know Yu Xing Chui? Yu Xing Chui's coworker deserves a story as well.
