I was sad to see the new owner with a crestfallen look when he realize just how much work he was going to have to do to get this place livable again. This is a fabulous video. It amazed me to see how much of the old house material was re-purposed. Nothing was wasted that could be reused. Everything was just superb. I was especially surprised at how the old tires were decorated and how beautiful they looked in the front garden. The landscaping, the use of tiles, and the choice of brick and stones around the perimeter of the house are just beautiful. And especially smart was the use of polyester grass. That, in itself, was a wonderful time saver for the owners -- no grass to mow or weeds to pluck. This was worth every minute of time spent watching this unbelievable renovation. Peace and love and happiness in your new home.
