Если у нее есть сестра и дом тогда почему она жила в шалаше ? Посемени пошла сразу к сестре ? Тем более сестра нуждается в заботе ? Есть дом это же ни в шалаше на улице с грудным ребенком , а дома и стены помогают , руки есть порядок можно навести да и в двоем все равно лучше

I would LOVE to know what the old lady and Pham said on the bed. The old lady is grateful and Pham is saying ..no problem.. (I think) I wish Pham would not interrupt the old lady. I betcha that the reason is the confrontation the night before with your X was too traumatic for her.
