I feel really sad that how deepika is underrated as a dancer. She just nailed this complex dance movements with this heavy outfit in such a grace. I don't think her contemporaries can achieve what she brings to this kind of songs ever. She is such a treat to the eyes!!
@sayanizaman82682 жыл бұрын
That's because she actually is not a very skilled dancer. Dance doesn't come naturally to her like it does to Madhuri Dixit. But yes, Deepika is very hardworking & does her best to practice the steps & perfect the performance. She practices very hard before shooting any dance sequence & so her dance numbers come out so well. She performed really well in Nagadha, Ghoomar, Deewani Mastani etc. But when she doesn't get enough time to practice & improve, it shows that she isn't a naturally blessed dancer. Like in Mohe Rang Do Laal....they shot it within 2 days and it shows in her performance. She is a bit stiff & mechanical there. From that people realised that she is not a skilled dancer & well.... people love to mock others for their weakness. So people on social media troll her / mock her for not being naturally graceful & belittle her as a dancer but don't appreciate the determination & hardwork she puts in in most of the performances.🙃
@NarutoUzumaki-xd4db2 жыл бұрын
@@sayanizaman8268 I like Shreya+ Deepika combo a lot but I agree with you. I wished that Deepika would have been in ghar more Pardeshiya. Then I realised dance is more tough there while mohe rang do laal was more complex song with perfect classical arrangements

@@sayanizaman8268 You cannot compare a trained Kathak dancer like Madhuri Dixit who has been dancing since the age of 6 to a much younger actor of our generation. Who else can dance this well among her own contemporaries? Name one? Katrina is good at western dances but she can never portray such range of characters, personas and dances that Deepika has.

Indians need to understand that in Tanzania and Africa as a whole, people are mesmerized by, adore, appreciate, and feel deeply connected to classical Indian music, not the upbeat Bollywood music, which often detracts from India's vast cultural richness. Performances such as "Sirivennela," "Ami Je Tomar," "Dola Re Dola," "Tere Bina" (Guru), "Pinga," and"Salaam" (Umrao Jaan) represent the pinnacle of India's greatness and what it has to offer to the world. With massive love from Tanzania 🙏Namaste my Indian lovers💐💐

Attack on school bus by karni sena was appalling . But Rani padmavati is revered like a mother by many people of a community. So they had a justified point in objecting the way Rani sa was to be shown in a dream sequence with Khilji. Also , there was no need of that sequence . Movie was amazingly picturised even without that.

@@samudragupt335ad5 There was no scene like that from the very beginning. Because in the whole movie khilji couldn't get even a glimpse of Padmavati. How will he imagine her in his dreams ? Also, when a scene is cut arbitrarily, we as a audience get to know about it because the flow of the storytelling gets disturbed. In this movie there was nothing like that. That stupid organisation karni Sena just needed a reason to behave like hooligans, show the power (hooliganism) of their caste and community, and gain some limelight. I can tell this because me being a Rajput myself, I am very well aware of how the mindsets of a majority of people work in our community.

Adding to the difficult dance form that includes twists and twirls, Deepika had to do the dance in an extravagant costume and adorned in heavy jewellery. Reportedly, the Rimple Narula lehenga weighed around 30 kg and was made at an estimated cost of Rs 30 lakh! According to Tanishq, the company that designed and provided jewellery for the film, more than 200 craftsmen worked for 600 days and moulded 400kg of gold for the jewellery used in Padmavati."
