No one is presummed guilty of a crime until proven so by a court of competent jurisdiction. It is against the principle of fairness and natural justice. Let us do things right and ensure that the innocent does not suffer. What if after this parade, some of them are found not guilty and discharged? Will the police bring such people back on air to apologize and clear their names? That said, the police must be commended for their efforts in fighting crime, in spite of the challenges they face in carrying out their assignments.

It is wrong to parade people before concluding investigation, what if after concluding your investigation you discovered that the lady wasn't aware or involved in the kidnapping, what will then happen after disgracing her on national TV. In developed countries like UK, they won't show the face of suspects until investigation has been concluded, this will help to ensure that an innocent person is not been disgraced. They won't even try it because if they ended up parading an innocent person, they will pay for it dearly, but in Nigeria, anything goes.
