00:52 - Q1 - I have heard that there are different types and different levels of Kriya. Can you please explain why we may need Kriya and also elaborate on the concept of Kriya yoga?

30:38 - Q2 - In the Western tradition there is the Lord at our core and our devotion is directed towards Him. You were speaking about the different paths of devotion, of Gyana, the yogic path and so on. How do you explain the role of Kriya in this?
