The ride clocks at 5 minutes, but does anyone feel like it seems longer? There's like so many things going on from scene to scene, which is a good thing! Very cool ride and would love to visit soon!

The animated figures and set pieces are impressive however there is too much depending on screen based story telling. The screens lack dimensional set pieces to all the screens to blend into the ‘real world’. Expect to see a second Zootopia in the Magic Kingdom at WDW as part of their expansion along the Rivers of America.

I am guessing that after Bellwether’s arrest, Gazelle and striped skunk pop ballad singer Diane Floretine voiced by Anne Hathaway were both elected to become new mayor and assistant mayor of Zootopia and Gazelle’s concert in the end credits of Zootopia was not just done to celebrate Bellwether’s defeat but also Gazelle becoming elected to become new mayor of Zootopia, (While Lionheart was later paroled from prison alongside Larry and Gary and Dr. Madge Badger and made a new senator in Zootopia’s senate as this comic, “Skunk Appreciation Parade” reveals and Bellwether’s incarnation in prison will be permanent.) and if this theory is proven to be true in Zootopia 2 (Gazelle and Diane also now occupy Mayor Lionheart and Bellwether’s former office in Zootopia’s City Hall as its mayor and assistant mayor.) it would explain why Bellwether and her goons Doug and Jesse kidnapped Gazelle in the Zootopia: Hot Pursuit ride in Shanghai, DisneyLand is so that Bellwether could either murder Gazelle or brainwash her with night howlers into siding with Bellwether and paroling her and her henchmen from prison and reinstate Bellwether as mayor of Zootopia and demote Gazelle to assistant mayor to allow Bellwether to achieve her evil plans all over again but with Gazelle’s help but Nick, Judy, Flash and Clawhauser manage to work together to rescue Gazelle and have Bellwether and Doug and Jesse arrested and incarnated in prison again, lock them up in their prison cells again and throw away the key. Nick and Judy will also be revealed to have been promoted to the ranks of police sergeant and lieutenant at the ZPD by the events of the sequel.

My guess is that since the eyes blink the most, if they used a motor, it would wear down the motor/plastic/parts very quickly?

I had wondered that myself, especially with so many not having physically faces period. However I recently saw a video about the Chuck E Cheese animatronics being phased out. Think about how clunky and limited their movements are, how loud they were. In 1982 a full set of the band cost $90,000 (that's $295,360.79 today) Despite them being incredibly simple they still contained around 32 pneumatic cylinders. Each year it costs around 50k for tech and 10k for parts, cleaning, and oil. It's no wonder they were often left in a state of barley functioning. Now imagine having a place with much more advanced figures, that move much more than how many shows CEC had a day. You're also always making new things, and lately loosing money to flip films. They're gonna cut corners...

90% of people visiting this park do not or speak very limited English. It would be a very weird move to drop an English ride in a fully Chinese theme park market

It looks amazing, I really feel it’s going to come to other parks at some point mostly because there’s so much work behind it and Disney likes to reuse assets.
