Easing and most likely double framing

It probably Is double framing and single frames mixed, double framing makes it easier for u to switch like sides if u have a 360 character and single frames is used if for example ur character u animation is like jumping or punching, as it takes effort u so the like squat for jumping and u ad some singles that yk smooths it out. And punching is after he throws the punch, there needs to be like 10 to 5 singles to smooth it out. Also use high dps like I use 26 to 28 and I animate on phone

You can make something fluid on 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, etc. if you understand the basics of animation. The very first part of the Itadori animation even has some 5s in there. If anything double framing, or anything more, makes your animation more choppy than animating on 1s, considering that you're seeing less movement per frame. They don't make your animations more fluid, they're used to save time. Also, alot of things simply just look better on lower framerates.

@@SirBeach 2s can look fluid if u add 1s after every big move from what I know Big move is like winding up a punch I'm not a pro animator but when I use 2s and do a punch I usually add a cpl of 1s before animatin the char hitting the punch to smooth it out Or when a character is gon jump, I usually add some 1s before animating the transition between crouching for a jump to the actual jump BTW i use stick nodes on mobile
