Uh, yeah. If Fuller was easy to catch, he'd be caught in every dimension that has an SCP Foundation. It doesn't help Manny makes sure to covers their tracks everytime the Foundation contains one of annomalies that works for the circus, or in Motormouth's case turned into the Foundation as punishment, even when Manny breaks into the Foundation, and he has done it in many SCP Files-stories involving one of the SCPs from the circus

Motormouth is an SCP that originally worked for Fuller's circus, I just can't remember his number. He's basically a human with a huge gaping mouth that lets him swallow up and even spit out anything. He joined Fuller's circus after he was 'discovered' living worse off with his mother, and he stayed with them thinking they were helping anomolous kids like him that came from bad families until he found out Manny had started kidnapping annomolous kids from their families, and Motormouth decided to try and return those kids back to their family. Needless to say, Manny found out, lock Motormouth up in a box, and left him in one of the sites of their last setups as they left, for the Foundation to find. Tragic tale really.
