Fully 3D Printed Splitflap Display

After seeing the insane prices for split flap displays on eBay, I thought I could make my own for 1/10th the price, and 10 times the pain.

Aren you able to have it read certain things with an API? I want to set something like this to show followers

Yep totally. I made a rudimentary REST API, so you can write custom messages.

Ah wait no, you meant the other way around. No, no RSS feed capabilities or anything, but you could write a simple script to hook it up.
