Thank you ❤ this cracked me open. My relationships fall apart when I’m in a bad place or at my worst, also I get verbally assaulted at those places. I can carry my partner when they are at their worst but they wont do it for me. I’ve been pondering this since May. Now I realized I carry guilt, I’ve pushed some qualities of me into the Shadow and I believe they don’t deserve love, I believe I don’t deserve love when I’m at my ”worst”. And that’s what the universe is mirroring to me. That’s why I’m dragged trough the same trauma, the same pain point is triggered time and time again: to be healed. It is time to embrace the shameful, hated parts of me. All these parts of me are me. If I believe I deserve love, all parts of me deserve love. I need to spend time with my inner child who was made to believe I’m not worthy of love unless I’m acting mature, happy and taking responsibility for other people’s feelings. Thank you for making me have this insight, it was a light bulb moment ❤

My darkness comes from childhood trauma resulting in extreme emotional pain. I cannot find a way of getting rid of the pain. Oh I have bandaid fixes but not each time I get a kick in the emotional gut all my bandaids come off.

I have triggered people most my life, and as I learned to get out my own way and let KARMA take care of the people that did me wrong in any manner boy karma hit them quick and still does.. but I hate the fact that people either really really like me or for no reason they will hate me, and it doesn't matter how good I am to him they still do it. But what I don't understand is people that were close to me would watch what karma would do to somebody or to the people that would screw me over or mess with me and I still would do dumb stuff
