Hello over there in Albania, sorry for the delayed response. If the heat alarm doesn't stop ,then you pro'lly need to lower the temperature to the required range .Try adding water .

Hello The rollers do turn continuously , but slowly, it actually takes 90 min for them to have gone the whole 360°,so you'd not really "see "them turn , but you can test the turning by marking a few rollers ,then long press the +or up button,they should visibly turn Or check the countdown is on , on the display

The humidifier is used from the 18rh day ,it helps to boost humidity to optimum levels which inturn ,soften the egg shells , helping chicks to easily crack and come out ,thus , minimizing cases of the dying inside even after chick formation .

This is a critical stage known as "lockdown," where the eggs need stable warmth and increased humidity for the chicks to hatch successfully. Don't disconnect the incubator; just stop turning the eggs and maintain the correct temperature (around 37.5°C) and humidity (65-75%) until hatching. If you haven’t connected the heat back after moving them, the eggs won’t develop properly, so it's essential to keep the incubator running.
