just to remind you, the Buddha raid boss has 600k hp, because of Buddha's Divine Aura awakening, it has 62.5% extra Defense combining those 2 making it have 975k total combined with defense increase (375k extra hp cuz of the 62.5% extra defense)

to solo a buddha raid, i suggest angel v4 or ghoul v4, since I've tried both races to solo the buddha raid, both working quite good with either unawak or awak buddha. for angel you must stay close to the raid boss to stun it when it spawned, since it's the threat of the raid. for ghoul, its life leach tier doesn't matter since you can spam the hell out of the npcs to get their health. btw open awakening only when you reached the last island

I honestly think buddha f move is the best for running, and c can be used to hit players VERY far away, but v move it deals a max to 10K DAMAGE (6k on the average 3rd sea player) and it can be used to break instinct very easily.

Budda is very easy to cheese just make the boss hug the house and be on the adjacent side of the house and hit him through it. Make SURE move away from the house every few seconds when he performs a move like the lazer beam and when he does the massive explosion make sure to reposition him. I have been able to beat it with 4:30m left.
