marami pong kalsada dyan, lalo na yung mga exclusive roads for the property owners. advantage of being a property owner dyan is marami silang alternate routes if they don't want to use the highway to avoid traffic

"Fully-finished?" Who would spend their hard-earned money and buy a partly OR half-finished house? LOL! And who calls a basement an "underground? Nosebleed... The house, its amenities, and its location should be the focus. No need for word salad to sell this obviously nice house. As a good RE agent, simply advertise it as a "newly-constructed OR brand-new, four-bedroom house with a basement."
