This very nice on an African standard. why do you have a ironing board in the living room like it is a part of the decorations. And why do you have the broom and mop in the kitchen in the corner. It should be in a broom closet with space for your bucket or pail for mop water. And you are asking for that price and a person has to clean and you only clean once a week? You did try but the price is not worth this. It 's basic, but you are trying to sell it as luxury. And the water heater is hanging in the shower. very dangerous. If wires get old this would be tragic. A man was electrocuted in Takoradi. the water heater would be on the floor in a cabinet,. it is never seen. Not safe. I think it should be 5000 to 6000 gh. And that is pushing it. Fix the water heater problems.Many travellers would not like that. In fact regulators will not allow it to be hanging iover peoples heads. It a hazard. rethink it. Other than these things. It is nice work. Especially the sound proof doors.
