Never praise the sofas, bedroom set etc, as this is not the primary reason of a purchase. What matters is the land area, kitchen and bathrooms, number of bedrooms, living, theatre, and al-fresco areas plus any backyard or frontyard.

Showers must be separated by a wall and glass door so the toilets can stay dry after shower. That is the biggest problem i saw in pakistan. Also cupboards should not be in the toilets because of the dampness in the toilets.
