Thank you for the review. Great house, sadly not a great review which is unfortunate as usually you guys do much better. The camera work left me twisted and I had to watch it again to understand the lay out. Can you please clarify something for me as I am confused. At the start of the review as you entered the house and were standing in the double height lobby, the downstairs powder room extended beyond the front entry door. However, when you were standing in the porch, the front main wooden door and front wall (powder room wall) were in line. This means that the entrance has two wooden doors. But you did not mention this.

Nice observation...one thing more when they are reviewing a highly priced lavish house at least they need to show the layout plan and the architect who designed them as this depicts the quality and design philosophy of the house thus justifying the offered cost for the overall design element and legacy of the artist/architect irrespective of the so called imported Italian materials, chandelier, jacuzzi etc.😅😅😅

Its constructed on 1 kanal so after setback the total built-up area would be around 3500 to 4000 sq ft. Looking at the house top plan max L x B could be around 60 ft. + x 55 feet +. Construction cost for this type of lavish house would be minimum of 5000 per sq ft of built up area. The cost will increase for the basement floor.
