Both are of diffrent riding styles, diffrent lifestyles. If u want for daily commute, office going, or city ride, then u must go for classic And if u want to go for long rides, off-roading or cruising, then u must go for Himalayan, especially if you want to off road. There is one more option, Royal Enfield has plans to launch Meteor 350 cruiser very soon. Wait for it, I think that will have more refined engine and far less vibrations as comapred to classic.

You can’t ride interceptor and Himalayan for daily commute or city rides Because their engines heat up too much due to their engine displacements... On highways, these bikes are beast... All depends on what is ur riding style and purpose.

Take any waterproof greese, i m not remembering the name right now actually It costed me around ₹200 for 400 gm packing I did replaced the bearings, i did 5000 kms. And its running perfect, i must include my recent spiti valley ride, chandrataal offroading, bearings did really well, no issues so far.. Do not go to Royal Enfield service centres for this, look for a best mechanic in town,

To be honest i wash engine with normal shampoo And apply matt polish after ( comes in spray bottle) Royal Enfield genuine Knuckle gaurd are best in my opinion... others are costly and which are cheap, they don’t stand a single fall So RE Genuine are best in safety and obviously pocket friendly
