Removing the shipping bolts too soon can damage the tub and/or shock absorbers. You don't want too much movement of the tub before it's setup. While I don't have an Electrolux, I have a Frigidaire (now made by Electrolux), and the delivery people who delivered my machine in June 1999, didn't remove the bolts 'til it was in the laundry room. Too bad the pedestals weren't available for my washer at the time. I'm still using my Frigidaire today.

Thanks for posting. This is an amazing washer with virtually no visible vibration. I ordered mine with the steam feature on Monday. Your videos were instrumental in helping me make the purchase decision. With rebates from Electrolux, water company, and electric company, my net cost will be around $1,000. I was very tempted to buy the Samsung WF448AA with Silvercare, but in the end I bought Electrolux because Samsung doesn't have the performance and reliability of this Electrolux model.

No matter what brand of front load washer that's on the market, they all will emit noise during the spin cycle! It varies from load to load, so this is something to get used to and I highly recommend a top loader for anybody who lives in an apartment building for this reason!

sorry for the delay, my machine does not shake during step up ramp spin . From heavy to light loads the machine balances very well. I hope that you installed the shipping brackets before installing the pedestal. By not doing so may damage suspensions. But since it's done, re-adjust feet's until all footing is sitting firm on the floor and then re-tighten locking nuts. The machine outer cabinet should not visually over vibrate while spinning. Keep me posted!

As a reminder, if you are getting the pedestal with it, make sure that they Do Not take the shipping bolts out until they mount the machine and 5 feet's from the resting place! Yell at them if they proceed not to do it and tip them good where the job is complete. Also the machine comes with a tool which is yours to keep to adjust and lock the feets. Do a load of towels and adjust if needed.

The machine was already drained. I needed to edit to upload (minimum 10 minuets) and it is amazing! :-)). It may sound loud during the spin cycle but it's not that bad. Each load has its own noise frequency. 6-8 min of spin noise is better that 34 minutes of a direct drive washer on the heavy duty cycle. Trust me I own one and still use it. Dual set up.

What is the problem with the shipping bolts? I did not get the pedestal, but may in the future. For now I will adapt by either stooping or sitting on a rolling stool while unloading my laundry.
