Oh I'm loving this foreal. The spaces for the t.v. the wood floors. The hidden closet. The tub inside the shower. 2 kitchens! Bottom spare room would be the gym/yoga studio. Look at the open space. Very simplistic, elegant, clean. Shows I got money, class, yet it feels like a home. Not just something you get to show off. I love GA architecture. It also leaves alot to the imagination. You can add your own flavor to what is already a very well crafted home.

Oh and it has the gate! I'm sold. All things are possible when you're about your Father's business. Your home is a reflection of your vibe, lifestyle, and mindet. You want a home you still would want to call home 10yrs in. Personal cleaning always and maid service 3 times a month for deep clean. You want your home to stay as close to move in conditions as possible. Wood floors make it even easier. Im originally from Silicon Valley so the wood floors, open space and railing reminds of of going to Google, Adobe or Facebook. Modern feel yet country quiet without the inner-city rush.

Hi Quena Spencer, I've been following your channel for a while now and like the great houses and villas you showcase. It's a bit of a little weekend highlight for me. I love that you, can see into "every corner" of the house. You keep the camera very steady, which makes it very enjoyable to watch! I have friends who live in Cumming, so I enjoy looking at homes in and around Atlanta. Georgia has beautiful scenery and I also think everything is very clean and well kept. I looked at the "old" house in this villa on "Google Street view" and have to say: WOW what a great transformation!!!! Spacious living area, straight lines and shapes, large bathrooms and bedrooms, lots of space in the basement, the large loft area and the large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
