The best is with fully-tree-ripened/tree-fallen (dried husk) coconuts! It's harder work to open and dehusk the coconut(s) but I promise it's "dayNnight" difference! Fully mature fruits is "where it's at"! ❤🥥🙏🏽🤗

I saw a video a week ago where the coconut was blended first. It showed that it was much easier to get thru the juicer and produced noticeably more coconut milk. I haven't tried that because in Canada i can't seem to find a single coconut that doesn't smell or taste bad. I think they all get sprayed with fermelyahid to stop the outside from molding.
@FullyRawKristina10 ай бұрын
I find that juicing is much easier and yields so much more. I actually think it’s much messier using a blender-it comes out, thicker and more difficult to strain.

People, the easy way to make coconut milk is ...cut the coconut jelly into small pieces add tap or bottle water and blend, strain and you have your milk. The pulp can be used in bread, muffins etc. don't put it in your juicer. That's how the world makes coconut milk, not in a juicer. Drink the coconut water. The milk can be used in anything.
@LorraFae10 ай бұрын
Chill out, she’s just showing that you can do it with this juicer, not that you have to buy it specifically to make coconut milk. It’s just yet another thing the Nama can do. Also, tap or bottled water? Gross. At least use filtered water.

@LorraFae10 ай бұрын
@@pablopope5145 first off, I’m not a bro. Second of all, I know not everyone has a juicer. Kristina is just showing different things the Nama is capable of making. No one said it’s the only way to make coconut milk. The original comment seemed to insinuate she was saying it was the only way.

Hello. New to the channel and wondering about juice fasting. People seem to use juicers that discard the pulp...but isn't that where the fiber comes from? Wouldn't blending or juicing a complete vegetable or fruit be the healthiest? Without discarding the pulp? Thank you.
