Fulton County judge denies motions to recuse himself from YSL trial

This comes after motions were filed Monday requesting the judge be disqualified from the case. ----

@@QuanPookie innocent until proven guilty, and the court having illegal ex parte meetings and throwing lawyers in contempt for protected privileged information will destroy the courts ability to successfully prosecute him. It will be overturned in appeals at the very least. You should want the court to behave in a proper manner if you want his conviction to uphold.

The law clearly states in one of the three things that has to happen for Recusal is that after a review of facts (that are to be considered as true and accurate by the judge regardless of whether they are true or not during his review) is to consider whether or not an average person that is not a judge, Prosecutor, Officer If the Court, or involved in the case , would consider there is at least the possibility of bias. If the answer is yes, it is cause for immediate voluntary recusal or at the very least, the Motion is to referred to another judge to make the decision on the Motion to recuse. Instead, the judge DIDN’T use the actual law as guidance, he slickly used Case Citation from other rulings. This is unacceptable. If he used the law initially in his decision as he should have, there would be no need to go citing other cases.
