Thank you my dear, just a tip When you put everything together, do not mix yet, let it cook first just so that the peanut does not start to burn underneath. Welcome to the family😍❤🤗

Thank you for this! My husband is from Congo and I’m learning to make this. How long do you cook it for please?
@ketsiatv26012 жыл бұрын
Any time! you can cook it for about 45 mins to 1 hour medium hit. I didn't time it but i will make sure i do next time i make it. After about 45 mins when you see the same look like i have in the video then it's ready. Remember to stir all the time otherwise it will burn. Don't stir it in the beginning like i did, it will start burning quicker x

Isnt Fumbwa from Angola?
@evem1860 Жыл бұрын
Merci
@finacielakabeya6183 Жыл бұрын
Le fumbwa ce n'est pas le eru. C'est plutôt l'okok.

In English, Gnetum africanum is usually called “wild spinach” (though other plants are also called the same). In the Kikongo language of the Congo region Gnetum africanum is called Mfumbwa or Fumbwa (in Angola, M'Fumbua orFumbua)

Hi, personally I don't boil, I cook just the way I did in the video. Some people do boil first but i don't. I cook like I've seen many years old experience women did when i was young.
