The care you take in disassembling this engine is commendable. I am surprised at the amount of rust you encountered. Even for a water cooled engine, this seems excessive. Your systematic approach to removing frozen bolts is impressive. Not trying to force a frozen bolt or part is the sign of a true professional. As before, I look forward to the videos that follow. It seems to me when you finish, this motorcycle, it will be in better condition than when it was originally manufactured.
The explanation details are wonderful, like learning in pro-shop or university. Great job and great documentary!

You are full of dedication, passion and patient mechanic to restore an old motorcycle , and I'm shock when know if Hornet 250 using timing gear like RVF400/750
Great video like all the previous ones. To loosen that stuck bolt in the cylinder head you must readjust all the bolts to the specified torque and try again first with that stuck bolt.

Great video, but if you put your f number higher while filming it would be easier to watch, avoiding also the constant refocusing of the lens. Because wider aperture can be disturbing and remove our attention to what you are doing
