A retake of these AWESOME Elevators in the Beautiful City of Seattle!!! And let me tell ya, they sure are a LOT OF FUN!!! While the speed on these isn't as impressive as the elevators at Two Union Square, 1201 3rd Ave and Columbia Center which go roughly 1400-1600 FPM with these only going around 1200 FPM, these are still very fun and the start and stops in the ride quality are STILL AWESOME, and these are still among some of my FAVORITE High Rise Elevators in Seattle!!! While these may not be quite as fast, they make up for it with not only still having fun ride quality and feeling fast, but also the BEAUTIFUL Cabs and BRONZE Custom Otis Series 1 COPs, and my FAVORITE HIGH PITCHED Elevonic 401 lantern chime (which Columbia Center has as well)!!! That being said, they are filled with originality and 80s character and charm!!! Seattle is certainly a GOLDMINE for Otis Elevonic 401s with AT LEAST 5 or 6 systems in the city, and out of all of the known E401 systems in Seattle, these are the OLDEST and Most Original feeling!!! Dating back to 1983, being 35 years old, this is a Very Early System, kept in nearly MINT CONDITION, and VERY IMPRESSIVE Technology for the Early 1980s being a 100% Microprocessor/Computer Based Elevator System, and I find it Amazing that these are still ORIGINAL in a decade where many Class A Office Towers similar to this one have modded their Elevonic 401s when they have hit the 30 year mark, and these are 35 years old, Early Elevonic 401 install, and still Original and in EXCELLENT Shape!!! Let's hope these stay that way, but idk being the kind of building this is!!! (Though the Wells Fargo Location in Tacoma gives me hope) These are for the most part real smooth, but are a tad bumpy when starting and stopping, but otherwise run like new!!! The Call Stations and Lanterns were replaced with Otis Series 2, and the cab while beautiful is likely redone, but otherwise, these are TOTALLY ORIGINAL!!! That being said, enjoy the video!!!
