I would not use Autoreisen based on experience during covid pandemic. I’d had car booked for seven months in advance however as pandemic hit my flight was cancelled and had to find another airline Ryanair who was flying. However this was 2 days later than previous flights. Contacted them who increased the price even though it was so quiet it was like a desert island. I told them to shove their car where the sun doesn’t shine. I returned to my two trusted companies at short notice Cicars and Pluscars. Never had any issues using them and always clean. The cost was similar to original booking but need a 7 seater as I was travelling with son and his mate,both triathletes with their bikes in bike cases. When I collected the car by walking out of airport onto car park. The vehicle was there with the staff member waiting for the paperwork and payment. I had been upgraded at no extra cost to a Mercedes Vito 8 seater which was great but scary on one of the mountain roads. When returning vehicle they say leave it where the car was collected with keys underneath the drivers car mat. No added extras to pay as long as you leave the fuel level where it is when you pick it up. I always take a photo of the gauge just for myself and keep last fuel receipt. Driving is simple and I would always recommend people to hire a car at airport especially if transfers to further out resorts isn’t included in holiday price.

@@johnzenkin1344 used Cicars once in resort, was recommended to book online from apartment as it would be cheaper than doing it at the office.....and it was. Went to collect car from a side street to find a few dents on bodywork. Returned to office, the reply was don’t worry about it as it’s fully insured, such a laid back attitude was great. I still took photos of the dents. I changed to Pluscars as they were cheaper on one of my many visits. When I exited the airport I was glad I did as the queue for the Cicars office was very long. Pluscars has always been a cheaper deal for me and the cars have been fine. I have the car for the entire holiday duration which can be upto 4 weeks. I stay in private let’s usually out of town so use it daily and get my money’s worth. Hope you had a great holiday.

We go a lot and you find what and who are bad and you find the good ones , car rental from Gold Car was horrendous , we found Autoplus amazing never an issue, never had an issue with any hotel but his ordeal with Castillo apartments was bad and handled poorly

It is an honest opinion or review of what I encounter. I didn't find anything useful on KZbin before coming to the island, apart from those Corralejo brothers talking about the weather. Now I put a lot of information out there instead of shooting empty plates and useless walks.
