Those character interactions and the singing lady were some of the best I've ever seen be it in real life or on video! Some genuine welling up then laughing the next second moments in this one! I can totally see the appeal of the snorkel experience as it it can be scary for some people in the ocean. but seeing humunukuapua in the ocean next to a turtle and 1000s more other fishies all around. but i get it I've been with people that couldn't relax because they feared a tiger would come. I did the character dining at Aulani this year, and I agree it was the Best experience with my little one. Lots of characters, the food was good. and the characters spend time with you, it’s really terrific.

We loved it. My only complaint is I with it were tapas style where you get to choose a few small dishes to try a bunch of different stuff.

36:59 we call that "raspado" in México, we serve it here in plastic bag or plastic cup with a straw and the flavors too many like tamarindo, eggnog, strawberry, piña colada and you can add chili powder or condensed milk too

I never realized how bittersweet I would find watching these vlogs…Just SUCH a special place to get to spend your vacation in, isn’t it?! REALLY can’t afford to come back to stay overnight there but we will be going back to Hawaii for a couple of nights on the way to New Zealand in April 2024 and we will probably swing by just to get to spend a couple of hours walking around…I really miss the place..

7:40…if they’re the same straws they had when we were there in May, they’re a brand of straws called “Phade” brand ( which you can get on Amazon, not too expensive either) and they are made from the waste product fibers they have to strip away from sugarcane when the cane is being processed, so something good ( and biodegradable) from what was Essentially waste products that would’ve gone in the trash!

Taking me back to our trip last November.. I’m glad y’all noticed the animals in the rocks.. took me a day or two before I noticed. The lazy river is my fave there and I have at least 100 pics of the sunsets there! Thanks for sharing

The place looks so beautiful! I went to Hawaii in 2015 with my family and I was quite young so I had to do whatever my parents wanted.. I wish I had the chance to go to Aulani, maybe someday! But I do remember going to turtle beach, pipeline, and a bunch of other local spots.. it was incredible. Leonard’s bakery was delicious. Love the local prawn/seafood food trucks they have hidden around the island. And we also checked out the volcano :) and yes, peeing in the ocean is totally allowed! It’s like pure sea salt in the water so it dissolves the pee straight away. Hope you guys have an awesome trip! ❤
