Mammoth Mountain is a famous ski resort, but they've also added a bunch of fun summertime activities that are family friendly. I was invited to visit this resort for the launch of electric mountain bike trails with Trek, and in the process we saw a ropes course, zip lines, a rock climbing wall, and other attractions that I thought would be fun to share here.
At the top of the mountain range you're standing at roughly 11,053 feet. Mammoth has this extreme downhill ride called the Kamikazi bike race where people go upwards of 60mph on mountain bikes... but that's probably more of a spectator event. The newly opened zip line is called the Mammoth Megazip. At the top of the mountain is an Interpretive center where they can take people on rides, hikes, and teach you about the volcano. It's actually one of the most active volcano's behind Yellowstone, and you can see all the way to Yosemite on a clear day, which is pretty amazing.

Since Mammoth Mountain and Trek provided free plane tickets, a bus to the resort, a free room to stay in, and food, this video is #Sponsored but we were not asked to do anything beyond make a bike review for the Trek Powerfly full suspension ebike. We just wanted to share the fun things that we did outside of the event :) EBR was paid to perform this review #Sponsored We try to be honest, thorough, and fun!
