Fun Festive Finds!! Weekly ALDI Grocery Haul October 2023

Come into ALDI with me see what I bought for a week of groceries for my family of 5. I always use items from my pantry/freezer as well. I share my dinner meal plan at the end.
Also, I do NOT buy my groceries exclusively at ALDI, but they're the first place I try and my favorite to shop at.

My husband brought all the women in our family orchids, and it was lovely, but mine gives me the side-eye every day! Everyone’s is blooming and mine is not looking well! Lol I agree with the other viewers that recommended succulents and snake plants! Happy birthday to your daughter! Fun times. 😊

If you do get plants, just make sure They are not toxic to your cats and dog. And I bought a plant from Aldi years ago and it has multiplied into three plants now.

for your office, start with a little desktop succulent plant. hard to kill them.

love Aldi stuffed shells. I'm sure I missed out on several things during my vacation last week. The apple blossoms are wonderful. Buy the snake plants. I actually had to try to kill one!

Plant: Get a ZZ plant. It's nicknamed EZ plant. Just let dirt dry between watering. Walmart usually has them. 😊

Frozen diced potatoes are so much better than canned.

I have to agree about the sliced Italian bread being the best for grilled cheese! I just did this week and used muenster and gouda cheese and had the grilled cheese with homemade tomato soup.....seriously so good!! I was literally just wondering if I could freeze my leftover tomato soup and it sounds like you have. Does your recipe use heavy cream? Mine does and that's why I wasn't sure if I should freeze it. I'd love to know how it's worked for you. Nice haul Jackie!

Hi Jackie I tried Audi spaghetti sauce that roasted garlic. I did not like it. My daughter thought it was quite good, but for me no matter what I did to it it didn't taste good.
