Originally the loser was going to eat a seafood snack from the one game that wasn't chocolate. Since he couldn't win anything, and it was skipping they substituted with a bought seafood snack.

I don't know if you saw, but the fish treat game had clear plastic shelves attached to each yellow bar that the containers of fish treats were sitting on. That is why they didn't fall when you had two yellow bars down, you would have needed three in a row down.
